Membership Agreement

1. The user warrants that he or she is of sufficient legal age to enter into a binding contract with eLong.com, and that he or she will meet any conditions and pay any penalties specified if he or she cancels a hotel or air ticket reservation.

2. The user warrants that he or she will never use eLong.com's services or web site in any manner that would violate the laws of the People's Republic of China and/or the country of his or her residence.

3. The user warrants that all information he or she provides to eLong.com is accurate and truthful.
